I was on a day trip to Ascot when I had an issue with one of my contact lenses, after phoning a few opticians who would not help me, I called Norman Prince and they were so helpful, locating a lens to fit my prescription and allowing me to drop in and swap mine over, very helpful and friendly.
An exceptional practice. I visited the practice today with my mother... We were fitted in for an emergency appointment by the optician, who conducted a thorough examination. She was just excellent and I am so impressed at the practice. Highly recommend!
I visited Norman Prince in order to buy new glasses. Val was the dispensing optician who dealt with me and I cannot speak too highly of her. Her attention to detail has been so brilliant. Thank you. I shall return for a full service next time.
